Our classes are offered in person, synchronously on Zoom or video recordings. Recordings are available after the class. My daughter who is Adv. Algebra II was about to give up on the class and was starting to hate math. After taking a few classes with Liz she went back to being a great math student and loving it once again.

Liz Presley is the BEST teacher my daughter has ever had. While she never actually had Liz as her teacher, Liz took the place of her teacher in all of her math and science classes in high school. She went to a couple of other tutors before she found Liz Presley, but they didn’t make much of a difference in my daughter’s understanding of the material and in some cases, they made her feel dumb for asking questions.
Then a friend recommended Liz Presley to us. Her daughter was going to Liz and it was really helping with her confidence and comprehension. We gave Liz a try and what a difference it made! Not only does Liz know the material well, but she teaches it in a way that makes it understandable. She never makes a student feel dumb for asking a question. She has a great sense of humor and uses it when she’s teaching, it makes everyone feel comfortable and helps them learn without worrying about sounding stupid for not understanding the material.
My daughter was able to excel in all of her math and science classes in high school primarily because of the excellent instruction she got from Liz. She is almost done with her first year of college where she is taking a Calculus class and while many students in the class are struggling, my daughter is excelling thanks to what Liz taught her in high school. It’s too bad there aren’t more tutors like Liz. She is someone who really wants her students to understand the concepts and is willing to take the time and explain the material in different ways to make that happen.
